It is up to you if you want to be noble, evil or amoral! I found playing as a more noble character suited my playstyle best, but it is up to you in regards to the way you portray your character. Here you will be socializing, making contacts, getting quests and trading with people. You will need to interact with a ton of characters. While I found the combat a lot of fun, Baldur's Gate II: Enhanced Edition has far more going on than just that. I bet many people are surprised by how in-depth and tough the combat in the game is.
